Zurich Insurance Company is looking for an Office Services Agent for our Wexford office. This role is 20 hours per week, across 5 working days and is a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. Your role as an Office Services Agent will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: collection and distribution of mail, co-ordination of deliveries and dispatches, co-ordination of onsite contractors, manual handling, co-ordination of pool cars, switchboard, and ad hoc office services duties.
Your skills and experience as an Office Services Agent will include: minimum qualifications of a minimum of 2 Grade C3/H5 at Higher Level in the Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) or FETAC Level 6 Diploma. Preferred qualifications and experience include ideally having experience in facilities management/office services, excellent communication skills, excellent organizational skills, possession of a full, clean driving license, basic ability in Outlook, Word and Excel, and some IT skills of advantage.
