Customer Service Representative/Kfz-Zulassung (Mensch*) - Feldkirch (Part-Time 20 Hours)
We are expanding our team with a customer service representative. If you like to combine your communication skills with your organizational talent, you are in the right place!
Shape these exciting topics together with our team in the office in Feldkirch! You will be responsible for:
- First point of contact for our customers on-site
- Communication with our internal and external partners
- Personal and telephone customer contact
- Administrative and organizational tasks
- Sales support for our sales staff
- Performing KFZ-Zulassungs
What makes you stand out:
- Completed commercial education
- Experience in customer service and in the KFZ-Zulassung area preferred
- You like to further your education to know our insurance products and services
- Very good German language skills and good IT application skills (MS-Office)
Friendly appearance and enjoyment in dealing with customers
Independent working style and high service orientation
Driver’s license and a personal car are advantageous but not required

The gross salary according to collective agreement is at least EUR 21,094.20 per year (20 weekly hours).
