Reporting to the Head of Employee Experience & Service Delivery, you will oversee the implementation, integration and optimisation of human resource technologies into the organisation to improve the customer experience. A key aspect of the role for 2026 is to manage the local SuccessFactor implementation.
You will drive automation and adoption of AI and digital platforms - such as SuccessFactors, HROnboard, and ServiceNow within the People team to enhance the employee experience, drive operational excellence, and enable data-driven workforce decisions. Working with various stakeholders, you will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and ensure our people systems are agile, secure, and aligned with our vision of being Australia's Leading Digital Insurer.
Our People team of around 40 professional's spans HR Business Partners, Performance & Reward, Health & Wellbeing, Payroll, Service/Operations, Talent & Diversity, Talent Acquisition, and Workplace Experience, all united by a shared vision to empower our people and make Zurich a great place to be.
Important to your success - Unlock your potential. You have strong stakeholder management, change management, analytical and communication capabilities, that combine with your process improvement and data governance experience. You have an ability to problem solve, deliver change outcomes, including process improvements, and are adaptable, and collaborative to drive and deliver strong business outcomes.
You will have previous experience leading a local HR systems implementation, ideally with platforms such as SuccessFactors. As well as ideally having experience with platform tools such as PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI.
