HR Operations Analyst (Contract)

Roles and Responsibilities Provide basic HR operational support and ensure tasks are completed with good quality and accuracy. Ensure confidentiality of employee data is maintained.
Key Accountabilities Collaborate closely with HR teams, managers, and employees to effectively handle HR operational tasks. This may include supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes, administering benefits, managing leave request & payroll transactions, and maintaining HR databases and records. Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures, paying meticulous attention to detail in data entry and documentation. Regular quality checks and audits help identify any errors or inconsistencies, allowing for prompt corrective actions. Performance Management Accountabilities Take accountability for participating in the performance management cycle. Take action to improve performance on the job. Assist and support co-workers.
