Service Advisor

Assistant Service Advisor / Service Advisor (Automotive Industry) - Kwai Chung

The jobholder is responsible for:

• Providing professional advice in passenger / commercial vehicles maintenance and other technical services
• Following up closely with customers and internal parties to ensure all service requests are being attended efficiently.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in customer service or retail industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess a valid driving license in Hong Kong
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Service Advisor
• Work location: Kwai Chung
