We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our Product Management team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Product Business Operations you'll be responsible for:

1. Developing and sustaining efficient services, APIs, and workflows (Backend Development)
2. Architecting scalable solutions leveraging microservices, concurrency, and distributed systems (System Design)
3. Crafting, optimizing, and administering schemas for relational and non-relational databases (Data Layer)
4. Creating connectors and APIs to integrate with enterprise systems like Jira, Okta, and Snowflake (Integrations)
5. Overseeing deployments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and scaling (Cloud & DevOps)

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

• 8+ years of backend development experience with expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python (Fast API, Django, Flask), Node.js (Express, Nest JS), and Go (g RPC/REST) Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Proficient in working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Skilled in messaging and streaming systems like Kafka or AWS SQS
• Experienced in deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proficient in observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Open Telemetry
• Experienced in developing internal platforms and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability
