As a Solutions Engineer at Zoom, you will advocate for customers. Your responsibilities include providing product development recommendations, supporting the AE/Channel Account manager, and translating technical requirements. You will test customer environments and promote Zoom's architectural advantages to drive customer demand, contributing to customer happiness and the success of Zoom's Communication platform. The role is based in Tokyo, and reports to the Head of JAPAC, Solutions Engineering in Australia.
