We are seeking an experienced Public Sector Solutions Engineer with a proven track record of success to join our team at Zoom. In this role, you will play a key part in customers success by architecting, designing, and demonstrating tailored solutions that address unique business challenges and objectives.
As a trusted advocate for customers and channel partners, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success—to ensure seamless solution delivery and business outcomes.
A strong understanding of the Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) industry, along with solid knowledge of the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space, is essential. You will be expected to clearly articulate Zoom's solutions and architectural advantages in supporting Account Executives (AEs) to help Japanese Central and Local Government institutions overcome their most complex collaboration challenges.
The role is based in Tokyo and will report to the Field and Partner Solutions Engineering Manager, Japan.
