The head of US federal sales will own the go-to-market strategy for the U.S. federal sector, driving growth across defense, civilian, and intelligence agencies. This leader will be accountable for accelerating pipeline, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring federal customers adopt and expand their use of the Zoom product portfolio.

What we're looking for:
Salary range or on target earnings: minimum $227,500.00 maximum $508,400.00. In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a total direct compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Note: starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
