As the Growth Operations Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our enterprise-level growth strategy to achieve multi-million dollar revenue targets. You'll lead and mentor cross-functional teams of analysts, product managers, and marketers, driving data-informed decisions through advanced experimentation, analytics, and personalization. You'll partner with executives to align strategies, build growth frameworks, and drive customer acquisition across new markets. The Online Business Operations (Ops) team supports our global Online organization, driving alignment between sales strategies, business objectives, and measurable outcomes. We partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to deliver critical insights, streamline processes, and optimize business performance. Our team manages the tools, data, and reporting frameworks that power revenue forecasting, productivity analysis, and executive decision-making. We thrive in a collaborative environment where complex challenges are solved with creativity, data-driven analysis, and cross-functional partnerships.

Minimum: $171,800.00
Maximum: $375,900.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed, Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus, and equity value. Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience. We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
