Account Executive - Commercial (KSA)

As a Commercial Account Executive at Zoom, you will seek, build, and maintain relationships with commercial accounts across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will proactively prospect into targeted companies, as well as follow up and close on various sources of inbound leads. You will be selling communication and collaboration products across our AI-powered platform. This includes video meetings, phone, chat, customer experience, employee experience, and more. This role requires someone who is based in Riyadh.

The Zoom Commercial Sales team focuses on selling Zoom's suite of communication and collaboration products to businesses with 500-1000 employees. Their role is to drive revenue growth by expanding Zoom's presence in the commercial sector, ensuring that businesses of all sizes can fully utilize Zoom's comprehensive range of solutions. These include video conferencing, phone systems, webinars, chat, and contact center services, all designed to enhance communication, foster collaboration, and improve operational efficiency.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong proactive hunter mindset with a drive to actively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Have extensive direct sales experience in selling SaaS solutions
  • Have experience of selling CX/CCaaS or UCaaS/Voice products is advantageous
  • Have experience of selling to the KSA market
  • Demonstrate resilience in achieving outcome with a growth mindset
  • Have experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoominfo)
  • Have collaboration and relationship-building capability with excellent communication skills
  • Be able to business forecast, pipeline development, and possess management skills
