ZoomCare is seeking an Employee Support Center Coordinator to join our team! The Employee Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting with clinic schedules in real time. The Coordinator receives attendance line and facilities calls, and coordinates with managers and staff to adjust schedules to support clinic staff and scheduled patients. The Coordinator also assists with the maintenance of ongoing manual adjustments to schedules that cannot be completed automatically through the scheduling system.

Schedule and Training

  • Wednesday - Saturday 6:30 am-4:00 pm
  • Depending on the position and associated requirements, there may be additional mandatory training requirements that are outside of your scheduled shift.

Essential Functions

  • Represent our values: Awesome, Creative, Respectful, Team Players, Get it Done.
  • Update schedules to include preapproved provider breaks (e.g., specialist or lactation breaks) that cannot be supported by scheduling software defaults.
  • Identify and address potential scheduling issues, propose solutions, and escalate concerns to a supervisor as needed.
  • Respond to live attendance calls from clinic staff and resolve scheduling gaps caused by call-outs or other issues.
  • Coordinate occupational health appointments for clinic staff, ensuring timely scheduling and communication.
  • Notify and communicate with clinic staff, Help Team, and managers regarding clinic closures or disruptions.
  • Receive and route facilities-related calls to the appropriate resources for resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent, required.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • 6+ months experience as a ZoomCare Clinic Associate, preferred.
  • Experience with ZoomCare scheduling platforms (Kronos UKG, Athena), resources, and workflows, preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, AthenaOne, and other relevant software applications.
  • Excel in a fast-paced work environment, thriving under pressure and time constraints.

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $22.00 - $28.00 Depending on past experience

Working Conditions

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Project timelines, work volume, unexpected events, and covering attendance line shifts may require more than your scheduled hours per week; overtime may sometimes be required.
  • Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
  • Must have high speed internet and secure workspace to comply with HIPAA laws and regulations.
