ZoomCare is seeking an Employee Support Center Coordinator to join our team! The Employee Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting with clinic schedules in real time. The Coordinator receives attendance line and facilities calls, and coordinates with managers and staff to adjust schedules to support clinic staff and scheduled patients. The Coordinator also assists with the maintenance of ongoing manual adjustments to schedules that cannot be completed automatically through the scheduling system.
