Marketing Associate

ManageEngine is the IT management division of Zoho Corporation. With over 280,000 customers across the world, ManageEngine is a recognized leader in the IT management space. We've been witnessing phenomenal growth, and to keep up with the demand, we are doubling down on our efforts by building a world-class team.

The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated marketing associate to join our North American marketing team, and work on effective content creation and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a creative yet tech-savvy mindset, and will need to get hands-on to accomplish tasks.

The candidate should be open to travel (domestic and international), and may have to accommodate collaboration in global time zones occasionally.

Work location: Austin office (hybrid) Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Develop a strong understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and best practices to drive effective marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and incorporate relevant insights into content and campaigns. Create high-quality, SEO content to continuously improve the ManageEngine website, using insights from past data to refine strategies.
  • Provide data-driven content strategies, leveraging strong analytical and number-crunching skills to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, analyzing key performance metrics for continuous optimization.
  • Research and identify industry trends and region-specific topics, developing compelling long-form content such as blogs, thought leadership articles, case studies, ebooks, white papers, and website content.
  • Collaborate with the PR team to ensure content is published in the most impactful media channels.
  • Localize global content for regional audiences by repurposing existing materials.
  • Partner with external influencers and industry experts to co-create valuable, authoritative content.
  • Measure content effectiveness by tracking key metrics, analyzing performance, and implementing data-driven process improvements to enhance impact and efficiency.

Basic qualifications:

  • Ability to strategize and create content and messaging relevant to the target audience.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
  • Ability to ship great content under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to explain complex technical matters in a simple manner without using unnecessary jargon.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Qualification in literature, technical writing, or mass communication.
  • 2 years of content writing experience in internet, media and high-tech B2B organizations.
  • A nice skill intersection between copywriting, technical writing, marketing, and public speaking.
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.

Compensation/Benefits: The salary will be starting at $70,000 per year. Permanent employees are offered competitive pay and a full suite of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a company-sponsored 401k.
