✨ About The Role
- Manage customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for technical engagements
- Develop a thorough technical understanding of customer applications and provide technical solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Guide and mentor customers in adopting Zitara products, maximizing their value
- Participate in product planning and development, advocating for customer needs and driving product improvements
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in battery systems design or battery-related applications engineering with at least three years of relevant experience
- Strong emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills to build and nurture customer relationships
- Detail-oriented individual with a high level of quality in work output
- Comfortable in a customer-facing role, providing technical support, training, and presentations
- Previous experience in a Field Applications Engineering role is preferred
