- The role involves managing customer relationships, serving as the primary point of contact from the end of the sales phase into active technical engagements

- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure products and services are delivered to customers on schedule and at quality
- Guiding and mentoring customers as they adopt Zitara products to maximize the value of the software in their applications
- Providing direct technical support to customers, creating technical solutions, and driving product development by identifying customer needs and advocating internally
⚡ Requirements
- Experience in technical fields related to energy systems, such as power electronics, renewable energy, or mobility, is highly beneficial
- Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills are essential for building and maintaining customer relationships
- Attention to detail and quality in work output is crucial for success in this role
- Willingness to travel to meet customers in-person is required
- Previous experience in a field applications engineer role or similar is preferred
