- Experienced in sales enablement or related roles at SaaS, B2B companies with at least 8 years of experience - Skilled in managing a small team and designing, building, and delivering sales enablement programs - Proficient in project and program management to ensure successful execution of initiatives - Familiar with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Lessonly, Gong, and Asana - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and design and implement enablement programs
