✨ About The Role
- Responsible for setting the strategic direction and OKRs for the sales enablement department and team
- Leading a team to support Account Executives and Business Development Representatives to excel in their roles
- Designing and implementing sales training programs, developing sales collateral and tools, and analyzing sales performance data
- Building out and evolving existing enablement programs and supporting a recurring cadence of sales enablement workshops and trainings
- Owning the strategic vision of the sales enablement team at Zip
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced in sales enablement or related roles at SaaS, B2B companies with at least 8 years of experience
- Skilled in managing a small team and designing, building, and delivering sales enablement programs
- Proficient in project and program management to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Familiar with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, Seismic, Lessonly, Gong, and Asana
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and design and implement enablement programs
