- Responsible for leading Go-to-Market web initiatives to enhance Zip's web presence and accelerate business growth
- Develop and execute strategies to improve SEO, user experience, CRO efforts, and overall website performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement
- Own the end-to-end development and implementation roadmap for the website, focusing on developing it as a key acquisition channel
- Partner closely with content marketing, SEO experts, and various teams to optimize organic traffic, rankings, and conversion rates
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with a background in modern web app development and UI/UX design, ideally with 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Webflow, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong focus on optimizing for mobile and Google Web Vitals
- Skilled in A/B testing, CRO strategies, and utilizing tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and Hotjar
- Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, able to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset, capable of troubleshooting website issues in a fast-paced environment
