Bank Operations Supervisor - Information Reporting

We are currently seeking a Bank Operations Supervisor - Information Reporting (in-office) - Midvale, UT - to join our team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the flow of operations that support retail and commercial bank business and functions which may include; unclaimed property servicing and reporting, IRA servicing and reporting, legal processing, tax reporting, and various other regulatory reporting, etc.
- Ensure operating schedules, processing and procedures are met and staff is adequately trained.
- Supervise staff, sets work schedules, allocates, and monitors work.
- Have authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendation, and terminations.
- Review existing procedures and recommend changes when necessary to make sure area is efficient.
- Provide input for area budget and/or budgeting process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in bank operations processes and procedures, departmental operations or supervision of departmental operational functions.
- Supervisory experience a plus.
- College degree preferred.
- A combination of education and experience may meet qualifications.
- Basic knowledge of banking or bank operations practices, principles, applications, methods, policy and procedures.
- Requires solid interpersonal, problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of, and capability to do the work of the group.
- Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards.
- Good leadership or supervisory skills.

Salary (depending on experience): $60,000-$75,000
