As an Account Management Team Lead, you'll coach and inspire a team of Junior Account Managers to deliver exceptional client outcomes while driving revenue growth. You'll be the link between our customers, our team, and our future growth — ensuring we not only hit ambitious targets but also create customer champions who love our product. Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire Junior Account Managers to hit ambitious revenue and retention targets (108%+ NRR). Coach and mentor your team to protect, grow, and expand customer accounts. Shape scalable account management strategies that unlock upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities. Champion customer voices — collaborate with product and tech to turn feedback into improvements. Track team KPIs and report on performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You Have:

• CRM know-how (HubSpot or similar).
• Strong data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Confidence in pipeline management, forecasting, and presentations.
• Commercial acumen to spot opportunities others might miss.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with SaaS metrics & commercial basics.
• Familiarity with HRTech / Recruitment platforms.
• Understanding of customer health and success metrics.
