What You Can Expect

As an outside sales representative, you will be a sales and technical representative of Zimmer Biomet. You will take care of a defined customer portfolio within your sales region and convince through your expertise in one or more product segments. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager Recon.

  • Implementation of marketing and sales strategies in the area
  • New customer acquisition
  • Negotiation with doctors and hospital administrations
  • Strategic analysis of the sales area (competition analysis)
  • Introduction to implant systems
  • Collection of market data with feedback to the sales management
  • Participation in trade fairs and congresses

What Sets You Apart

You have a commercial, natural science, medical or technical degree and have already gained initial sales experience, ideally in the medical technology sector.

What You Bring

  • You possess medical knowledge as well as technical understanding and are familiar with the health policy environment (e.g. over DRGs) and the hospital business.
  • You also bring very good MS-Office-package computer skills.
  • In addition to fluent German language skills in speech and writing, you also have a very good level of English.
  • Your negotiating skills combined with a high level of communication and enthusiasm allow you to shine in dealing with the customer.
  • Finally, you are characterized by a systematic, goal- and result-oriented way of working and a high degree of flexibility.
