How You'll Create Impact

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans across Poland, using market intelligence to guide decisions and drive predictable business results.
  • Lead and inspire in-country sales teams, fostering talent, strengthening capabilities, and ensuring consistent execution of sales methodologies.
  • Use data and insights to optimize territory design, enhance segmentation, and unlock high-value growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Ensure rigorous forecasting, budgeting, and business reporting in collaboration with Finance.
  • Catalyze organizational change and help strengthen our position as a destination workplace.

Your Background

  • Experience in orthopedic sales or broader medical device sales is highly preferred.
  • Proven success in launching new products and delivering sustained sales and market share growth.
  • Experience managing diverse, geographically dispersed sales teams at a country level.
  • Preferably a degree in business or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of the Polish healthcare landscape, hospital structures, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • A valid driving license is essential.

Travel Expectations

  • Regular travel across Poland and the broader CEE region.
  • Occasional travel to EMEA or global meetings and trainings.
