The ROSA Knee system supports surgeons in performing Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) with features to assist with the bone resections, as well as assessing the state of the soft tissues to facilitate implant positioning intraoperatively.
The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support and expertise to existing and potential customers. The support takes on many forms and shapes, ranging from technical support with our equipment to clinical application questions across a wide range of indications. It also includes on-site application support, training of healthcare professionals and after-sales product servicing and maintenance, together with our territory sales force. This role needs to become a ROSA System expert in order to support the development of marketing programs and selling activities.
