Carry out the promotion and sale of the assigned product line, in accordance with Zimmer Biomet's commercial policy, while maintaining and expanding the customer portfolio.
Actively seek market information to take the necessary measures and adapt to needs and/or trends.
Serve and attract clinical and management clients within the assigned territory, establishing sustainable business relationships.
Develop the approved commercial plan within the assigned sales area.
Promote products and surgical techniques.
Encourage training activities among clients.
Foster market development by communicating the need for new products or technologies.
Follow the company's pricing policy and sales conditions.
Maintain relationships with distributors.
Report results to the Area Sales Manager, proposing objectives, commercial actions, or investments in the assigned territory.
Languages: Intermediate level of English
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience: 4 years in the medical device sector
Other: Sales techniques and knowledge of medical devices - Orthopedic division
