What You Can Expect

This role will be responsible for working with our distributor field offices and supply to monitor and execute day to day activities within the Asset Management department. Activities encompass those related to providing customer care through the management of urgent orders, maintenance orders, as well as assist in tasks related to Asset Deployments. The role must readily adapt and apply judgment to support offices related to inquiries.

How You'll Create Impact

  • Maintain and execute incoming field order requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in monthly processes with Asset Deployment
  • Generate regular reports for management
  • Learn and understand orders within SAP S4 Hana and SMS
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to remain informed, operate cross-functionally, and achieve departmental goals.
  • Work independently as a member of a team and effectively utilize the contributions of other team members to complete projects
  • Work with precision and rigor, adhering to industry standards and quality procedures.
  • Ability to act as back up to other members of the department on a situation specific as-needed basis.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, written and oral, at all times
  • Develop and recommend improvements to order processes

Your Background

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 0-3+ years related experience, preferably within the medical device industry
  • Experience with order processing preferred
