Lead the development and execution of annual sales plans and long-term strategic initiatives. Partner with cross-functional leaders in Sales, Marketing, FP&A, and Product to align business goals and customer engagement strategies.
Optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and scalability. Identify areas for improvement using performance data, customer insights, and market trends. Present recommendations to executive leaders to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness.
Oversee forecasting accuracy and drive performance management through structured business cadences. Lead pipeline reviews, identify performance gaps, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Partner across teams, including Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success, to drive unified strategies that strengthen acquisition, retention, and customer satisfaction.
10+ years of experience in Sales, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within the technology or real estate sector.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex insights and strategies to executive audiences.
Skilled in analyzing ambiguous or complex business challenges and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
Advanced expertise in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Tableau.
