The Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH has been the exclusive distributor and service partner for Caterpillar Inc. in Germany since 1954. As part of the Zeppelin Group, we are the world's largest manufacturer of construction machinery.

We are looking for a Service Clerk (m/w/d) for our Dresden branch in Klipphausen.

What You Will Do

• Manage service orders within our internal order program (Z3)
• Handle offer and spare parts orders, invoicing, and insurance and warranty claims
• Collaborate with other departments and branches
• Assist with work preparation and scheduling for the workshop and field service
• Manage time accounting for employees, general correspondence, and administrative tasks

What We Are Looking For

• A completed commercial or technical vocational training
• Experience in a similar role
• A strong technical and practical interest
• High customer orientation
• A responsible approach to work
• High engagement, strong communication skills, and a team player attitude
• Proficiency in MS Office and fluent German and good English
