Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH is since 1954 in Germany the exclusive distributor and service partner of Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of construction machinery and part of the Zeppelin Group.

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a customer service clerk for our branch in Hamm.

What You Will Like

• Your tasks as service support/customer service (m/w/d) include the order processing of service services in our internal order program (Z3)
• You also take over the billing and order preparation for invoicing
• The overall cooperation with the own branch departments as well as other branches is also part of your field of activity
• You actively take incoming phone calls and process them independently
• For the outside service and workshop processing, your support is required to ensure a smooth process, support our masters from the back office and thus ensure the best possible customer service
• In addition, you take care of the creditor incoming invoices
• The processing of general correspondence as well as other administrative activities round off the varied field of activity
