Customer Service Assistant

Zeppelin Baumaschinen GmbH is since 1954 in Germany the exclusive distributor and service partner of Caterpillar Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of construction machinery and part of the Zeppelin Group.

At the earliest possible date, we are looking for a customer service assistant for our branch in Frankenthal.

What excites you:

• Your tasks as service support/customer service include the order processing of service services in our internal order program (Z3)
• In addition to the offer and spare parts ordering, you will take over the invoicing and processing of insurance and warranty cases
• The overall cooperation with the own branch departments as well as other branches is part of your field of activity
• In the working preparation and disposition for the workshop and the outside service, your support is required to ensure smooth customer service and management
• The processing of the time management of our employees in the branch, the general correspondence and administrative activities complements the extensive range of services
