We are currently seeking a field service manager for Zeppelin-CAT in Linköping! Our service market is of utmost importance for us and our customers and is an absolute must for a profitable machinery business with long-lasting cooperation with our existing and new customers. As a field service manager, you will lead our field technical work and ensure our service market at a regional level. You will lead and distribute the work for our field service technicians in Linköping and surrounding areas, while also contributing to the development of both our business and our staff. The role involves many social contacts and you will have daily contact with both customers and mechanics.

In the role, you will depart from our facility in Linköping and report to our site manager. You will have personnel responsibility for about seven field mechanics who report directly to you.
Your profile: To succeed in the role and to be able to contribute to the development of our routines and our department, we believe that you have previously worked in a leadership position. We see a big advantage in that you have a driving and initiative-taking nature. Something that you will find useful when, together with colleagues and the site manager, you drive improvements to our processes and deliveries, all to offer our customers the best possible service.
You also need to demonstrate good administrative ability and be structured and self-driven so that you can work on many things at the same time where prioritization between different tasks is of great importance. The work involves a lot of customer contact, which requires that you are service-oriented and good at communicating. You also need to have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, as we communicate daily in both languages.
