Supply & Service Performance Expert

We are looking for a Supply & Service Performance Expert to strengthen our Supply Chain team and drive measurable improvements across service, cost, and efficiency. This role plays a key part in governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site/global supply chain meetings (e.g., Supply & Inventory Reviews).
• Own meeting content and drive impactful, decision-focused discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate data.
• Ensure decisions are documented and translated into action plans.

Operational Excellence

• Drive OTIF improvements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support CSL by monitoring market coverage and proactive planning.
• Lead Waste Cost Reduction initiatives and track financial impact.
• Monitor progress and escalate unresolved issues.

Inventory Optimization

• Oversee site inventory (Excess, Dead, Blocked, Expired).
• Lead initiatives to optimize inventory while maintaining service levels.

Digital Tools & Process Improvement

• Act as an advanced user of digital tools (SAP, Power BI, Excel).
• Enhance dashboards, reporting, and data quality.
• Support digitalization and provide analytical support for projects.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in FMCG, automotive, or manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience with KPI management, governance, and process improvement.
• Strong analytical mindset and end-to-end supply chain understanding.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Experience in performance tracking and data visualization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
