Vmware Migration Engineer - Remote Eligible

Job Title
Proven VMware to XenServer migrations (pilot to waves to cutover) with runbooks and rollback plans.
Strong Citrix Hypervisor/XenServer (pools, SRs, networking, HA) + solid VMware vSphere/ESXi.
CVAD exposure (images, profiles, app/desktop publishing), NetScaler/ADC basics.
V2V/OVF-OVA export/import, driver/tools adjustments, storage/network re-mapping.
Scripting/automation (PowerShell/CLI/XS), excellent troubleshooting, independent operator and problem solver.
