The role will be responsible for building and scaling a decision-oriented talent analytics capability that enables business and HR leaders to make better workforce decisions. The role requires going beyond dashboards and reporting to focus on insights, storytelling, and action across the talent lifecycle across key areas of hiring, skills, performance, engagement, retention, and leadership readiness, amongst others. The role will conceptualize and implement a structured, first-principles approach for People Analytics within the organization. The role will enable data-driven decision-making around critical talent priorities of HR and Business leadership, and institutionalize data and insight mechanisms to enable future readiness of the organization. This role will act as a strategic partner to HR leadership, People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities include enabling a people analytics roadmap, establishing a single source of truth for people metrics, identifying and prioritizing high-impact analytics use-cases, translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical hypotheses, integrating data from multiple HR systems, creating executive-ready insights presentations, collaborating with the Technology team on system design decisions, leveraging statistical techniques, predictive models, and AI/ML approaches, and maintaining high standards for data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications include 5-10 years of progressive experience, with 3-5 years in HR/talent analytics, HR operations, or HR business partnering; demonstrable experience in the IT services industry; proficiency in BI/visualization tools and advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of scripting/statistical tools for data manipulation and analysis; experience with HRIS platforms and HR tech ecosystems; ability to break down complex problems, translate analysis, and simplify data for non-technical stakeholders; exceptional storytelling and communication skills; independent work ethic; high standards for data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality; and a passion for driving data-driven decision-making and a commitment to future-proofing the organization.
