We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions. This role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and closure—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Project Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, etc.), managing scope, timelines, and resources.
Technical Translation: Act as a bridge between commercial stakeholders and technical developers, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Solution Architecture: Oversee the technical design, data migration, and system integrations (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).
Lifecycle Management: Manage the Salesforce release cycle, including sandbox management, testing, and deployment.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external consultants, implementation partners, and internal IT to ensure delivery.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in Project Management, specifically within Salesforce implementations.
Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform App Builder; PMP or Agile Scrum Master certification is usually preferred.
Technical Skills: Understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration tools (e.g., Data Loader).
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Background: Previous experience in Biotechnology, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences is highly preferred, as it helps in understanding compliance needs. Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and complex inventory management is often a plus.
