We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions. This role involves overseeing all phases of the project lifecycle—from planning and design to execution and closure—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.
Lead Salesforce projects from initiation to closure, including integration and implementation.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, budgets, and resources.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues or conflicts.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular status updates.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and design principles.
Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.
Train and support users on Salesforce features and functionalities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, preferably with Salesforce.
Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification (preferred).
Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.
Experience with DevOps and deployment strategies.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with CRM systems and integration patterns.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability.
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management.
