Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters in production environments.

Develop and maintain Docker container images and orchestrate containerized applications.

Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.

Ensure security best practices in container and cluster configurations.

Collaborate with development teams to optimize application deployment and scalability.

Maintain documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes.

Qualifications

Linux Systems Administration (SUSE Linux Enterprise, RedHat, CENTOS, Ubuntu)

Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud platforms

Automation and scripting expertise (Shell Scripting, Ansible)

Containerization & Orchestration

Strong hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes

Proficient in Kubernetes administration: installation, configuration, pod management, API server interaction, deployments, config maps, secrets, volumes/storage, networking, ingress, and RBAC/security. Rancher, ArgoCD, Longhorn, etc.

Familiarity with Rancher, Longhorn, ArgoCD, and related tools.

Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container lifecycle management.
