Business Operations Planning & Governance
Manage business rhythm and cadence (planning calendars, domain offsites, All Hands, leadership reviews)
Lead end-to-end All Hands preparation (segment coordination, content collection, slide drafting, award nominations, video montages, Q&A prep, etc.)
Develop and maintain OKR/KR scorecards, dashboards, and progress updates
Serve as Workboard (OKR tool) super-user for updates, troubleshooting, and governance
Manage SharePoint sites (domain and component) and communications across email and Webex Teams
Drive community engagement through informative and culture-building posts
Operational Excellence & Process Maturity
Support continuous improvement programs (Guilds, retrospectives, maturity reviews)
Develop, review, and socialize operational materials (MOR decks, offsite packages, leadership updates)
Maintain and track domain-level OKRs aligned to user experience, Agile maturity, code quality, and developer efficiency
AI-Driven Engineering Support
Represent the organization as Engineering Prime in IT-wide AI adoption forums
Support communication and alignment on AI security foundations, automation, and modernization initiatives
Partner with Engineering Productivity on dashboarding and metrics (PRs per engineer, speed metrics, Jira health)
Enable AI-first engineering workflows, including:
Live demos (e.g., Tech Radar) and emerging tool showcases
Adoption support for GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Dependabot/Renovate
AI-assisted pull request review workflows (Copilot Reviewer, SonarQube)
Stewardship model coordination with designated technical stewards
