✨ About The Role
- Responsible for implementing the Zeno Quality Management System to support project execution and drive project success through quality assurance
- Collaborate with various departments and suppliers to ensure quality standards are in place and maintained
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions to ensure process improvement and compliance
- Monitor, report, and analyze metrics to ensure performance visibility and continuous improvement
- Participate in design reviews and activities to ensure quality requirements are met
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced quality assurance professional with at least 5-8 years in the space, satellite, or aerospace industry, preferably with nuclear quality assurance experience
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards and experience in developing process and procedures in a new quality management system implementation
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and provide independent oversight of activities
- Skilled in managing and supporting numerous simultaneous tasks that require a multi-disciplinary approach
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably in engineering
