✨ About The Role
- Responsible for office management and operations coordination, including managing office supplies, relationships with vendors, and implementing operational processes
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events, liaise with the People and Culture team to organize corporate events
- Position requires in-office presence in Washington, D.C. on specific days, with remote work optional on other days

- Experienced professional with 3-4 years of office management or administration experience, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to implement operational processes and best practices

- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to coordinate office operations and assist senior executives effectively
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with knowledge of business management principles and practices
