As an Assistant Account Executive, Technology Communications at Zeno, you will be responsible for maintaining a broad scope of day-to-day account work, including media relations, tracking, reporting and social media monitoring.
Build and maintain media coverage lists and trackers. Collaborate with team members to implement plans, and execute PR campaigns, initiatives, & events. Demonstrate a general knowledge of social media tools. Prepare client status & activity reports, compile media & competitor coverage, & coordinate pitching. Assist with research, outlining, writing, editing, & proofreading materials, including media advisories, pitch letters/e-mails, biographies, reports, & fact sheets. Support new business as needed.
0-2 years of experience. Driven to consistently meet deadlines. Basic understanding of Public Relations. Excellent verbal communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication skills, including writing. Solid grasp of basic public relations tools and how they affect the client.
Pay Range: $55,000-$60,000 USD/yr.
An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
