Assistant Account Executive, Brand

As an AAE, Brand at Zeno, you will be responsible for maintaining a broad scope of day-to-day account work, including media relations, tracking, reporting and social media monitoring.

About the Role:

• Build and maintain media coverage lists and trackers.
• Collaborate with team members to implement plans, and execute PR campaigns, initiatives, & events.
• Demonstrate a general knowledge of social media tools.
• Prepare client status & activity reports, compile media & competitor coverage, & coordinate pitching.
• Assist with research, outlining, writing, editing, & proofreading materials, including media advisories, pitch letters/e-mails, biographies, reports, & fact sheets.
• Support new business as needed.

About You:

• 6 months - 1 year of experience.
• Driven to consistently meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of Public Relations.
• Excellent verbal communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, including writing.
• Solid grasp of basic public relations tools and how they affect the client.

Pay Range: $45,000 to $50,000 CAD/yr.

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits.
