Zeno Group is seeking an experienced Account Executive to support clients with employee engagement communications and internal communications channels. The Account Executive will work with some of the world's most renowned brands to deliver integrated communications focused on the employee experience. In this role, you will have responsibility for a variety of activities, including project management, program development, distributing communications via various channels, data analysis, and continuing to build Zeno's growing Employee Engagement communications offering. Candidates applying for this role should be skilled at client service, communications technology platforms, be detail-oriented, and have a strong understanding of and aptitude for employee engagement communications approaches. The candidate must also be willing to speak up, learn, collaborate and contribute effectively.
Team Enablement & Process Management
Support internal teams with managing deliverables, resources and capacity; serve as the point-of-contact for client processes and guidelines.
Help to establish and carry forth systems and processes to communicate with and retrain team members.
Apply or create tools, templates and methodologies that contribute to the clients' internal communications effectiveness.
Client & Business Alignment
Work collaboratively with account leadership to understand clients' business priorities and align account resources as appropriate.
Partner with critical internal client stakeholders for ongoing solutioning and best-in-class service.
Engage with clients and serve as a lead for key events, resources and processes.
Channel Strategy & Execution
Participate in routine training to apply new capabilities for ongoing publishing acumen.
Conduct channel analysis and ongoing audience research for continuous improvement.
Partner with internal workstreams and clients about how to best leverage internal channels to communicate with key audiences.
Support writing assignments, where necessary.
Provide distribution support during After Hours occasions as part of a rotating coverage schedule.
Analytics, Insights & Optimization
Support team in applying analytics and insights into content strategies.
Provide engagement insights and recommendations for optimizations to inform communications strategy and the editorial calendar.
Qualifications:
Pay range: $59,000 to $69,000 USD. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
