About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (IC1), you will be responsible for conducting outbound activities to schedule appointments. You will support the team through consistent implementation of phone calls and emails. The focus is on operational excellence and goal achievement. This role is particularly suitable for career starters or candidates with initial sales experience.

Your Tasks

• Independently conduct outbound contacts via phone, email.
• Qualify leads according to predefined criteria.
• Maintain and update CRM data.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
• Participate in regular team meetings and trainings.
• Implement predefined campaigns and sequences.

Your Profile

• First experience in B2B sales or outbound sales is advantageous, but not required.
• High motivation for cold calling and goal achievement.
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor on the phone.
• Structured and independent working style.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Team orientation and willingness to learn.
• Fluent German, good English skills are advantageous.
