As Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for guiding, motivating, and developing a team of Account Executives and BDRs to exceed their goals. You'll play a critical role in shaping strategy, optimizing processes, and building a high-performing sales culture that empowers schools and educators alike.

Proven experience managing a high-performing sales team in a B2B or SaaS environment (experience in education, staffing, or ed-tech preferred)
Strong coaching mindset with a track record of developing sales talent and fostering team accountability
Data-driven operator who can use metrics to diagnose performance issues and optimize processes
Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales enablement tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and senior leadership
