Zapier's MCP team is building our own Model Context Protocol (MCP) — an open standard designed to let AI agents seamlessly reason, act, and orchestrate workflows across Zapier's 8,000+ integrations. The MCP team is specifically looking for folks with strong backend expertise.
Zapier's Agents Team is building one of the most transformative products in the company's history — Zapier Agents, an AI-powered automation assistant that helps users delegate work across 8,000+ apps using natural language and real user workflows. The Agents team is looking for engineers with a balanced skill set across both frontend and backend, as well as those who bring deeper expertise on the backend. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineers as well as Senior Full Stack Engineers (frontend and backend) to join our team.
