- They are a product thinker who can set goals, metrics, and strategies for a product-focused engineering team.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as the candidate will regularly collaborate with engineers and stakeholders from various disciplines.
- A strong background in leading engineering teams working with technologies such as Python, Django, React, and AWS infrastructure is required.
