With 75 employees in Switzerland, we implement and maintain traffic management systems, traffic light systems, and infrastructure management solutions.

For the Service Department, which mainly deals with road traffic technology, e.g., traffic light systems, we are looking for an experienced Service Technician 80-100% for the Bern region with occasional assignments in Basel, which is attached to our Bern location.

Your new role:

• Perform planned maintenance on traffic light systems/parking guidance systems
• Analyze and resolve on-site malfunctions
• Rebuild/upgrade traffic light systems
• Project management and handling of traffic service projects
• Commissioning and acceptance of service projects with customers
• Answering technical customer inquiries and consulting
• Recognizing customer needs and offering solutions (in consultation with the sales department)
• Performing on-call duty 7/24

Your talents and experiences:

• Completed vocational training as an electrician/automator with additional education (HF/TS) preferred
• Experience in project management preferred
• Good PC, office, and network skills
• PLC experience preferred
• Independent working style with good communication skills
• Team player with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively
• Interest and affinity for traffic technology and mobility
• Technically proficient with an interest in continuous education
• Driver's license category B/BE
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing
