Your Challenge and Role

As Manager Business Support at Yunex Traffic Nederland, you are responsible for the integral steering and further professionalization of the shared service organization. You ensure that the supporting disciplines not only facilitate but also guide and frame the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of our projects and services.

You are a member of the management team and a strategic sparring partner for the executive and line management. From this role, you bring structure, coherence, and direction to people, processes, and systems. You play a crucial role within Yunex Traffic Nederland.

You directly lead the disciplines of EHS, Quality Management, Procurement, IT, Real Estate, and Reception, and ensure that these teams function professionally and future-oriented. Additionally, you position Business Support as an organizational part that both facilitates and provides direction. You determine the course, monitor the coherence between the disciplines, and ensure that Business Support is visible and effective in contributing to the company's goals.

You are also responsible for the availability, reliability, and future-proofing of our IT infrastructure, including:

• Networking (WAN/LAN, firewalls, connectivity, fiber contracts)
• Servers (on-prem / cloud)
• Workplace environment (digital workspace, Windows migrations)
• Databases and platforms (SQL, cloud services)
• Facilitative IT (meeting rooms, printing, access control, AV)
• Telefonie

You ensure and develop the EHS and QM management systems and periodically report to MT and management on EHS and QM KPIs and improvement initiatives. Hereby, you are responsible for the assurance of the standards ISO14001, VCA**, SCL-4, CO2 performance ladder-5, ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO55001, and ensure that these are demonstrably and consistently applied within the organization.

You initiate and lead improvement and change trajectories in the areas of process optimization, governance, and digitalization.

Within Procurement, you steer towards further professionalization, with a focus on Vendor Management (VM), Vendor Performance Management (VPM), strategic cooperation, and transparent communication about framework contracts and partnerships.

Finally, you act as an escalation and decision point for Business Support issues and monitor the translation of corporate IT frameworks into local/business applications.

CISO Activities

As Local Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you are responsible for cybersecurity and digital resilience within the Dutch organization. You translate the strategic information security policy and product & OT security policy into the local practice, setup, and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), and maintain the functional line with the central (corporate) CISO.

You also monitor the coherence between central IT frameworks and local business needs, so that cybersecurity guidelines, IT policies, and operational reality align well.

When Are You Successful in This Role

You are someone who brings structure, connects, and provides direction. You easily move between operations, management, and executive levels and know how to unite different disciplines into one clear course. You are decisive, analytical, and communicatively strong.

Additionally, you possess:

• A completed higher professional education (HBO) or university degree, preferably in business, technical, or similar fields
• Experience in a broad management role within a technical, project-driven, or industrial environment
• Demonstrable experience with multiple support disciplines (e.g., IT, Procurement, Quality, EHS, or Real Estate)
• Knowledge to provide strategic direction to information security
• Experience as a (local) CISO is a plus; if this experience is lacking, there is room for training and development
• Experience with organizational development, governance, and bringing structure
• Communicatively strong; you easily move between operations, management, and executive levels
• Decisive, analytical, and connecting
