Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Handle transactional and administrative tasks to support client setup and account maintenance.
Respond to queries from clients, account managers, and internal teams with accurate and professional support.
Manage escalations and follow-up cases, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Business fluency in English and French as must
Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experience
Previous experience in client onboarding, customer support, operations, or a related back-office role (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Ability to work with international clients across time zones and cultures.
Team player with a collaborative approach and willingness to support colleagues.
