SAP Customer Experience (CX) is a line of business organization (LoB) within SAP focusing on supporting customer to drive topline growth and improve the customer experience towards their end-customers. The CX solution portfolio enables companies of all sizes to manage their customers in today's demanding customer centric environment in areas such as Digital Commerce, Customer Data Management, Marketing, Sales and Service. SAP is on a journey to redefine the traditional CRM segment and is best placed to support customers in driving new innovation and efficiency through end-to-end business process support, Business AI and leading cloud-native technologies and partnerships in the CX space. You will be part of an passionate Nordic team with a very vast experience in supporting customers through their customer experience transformations and will enjoy working in a high pace environment. Furthermore, you will get the opportunity to take large ownership of your territory, from planning to execution and support your sales teams to new heights through customer focus, creativity, and teamwork as it is time for us to find a Solution Sales Executive to our CX team in Denmark. In this role you will work in close collaboration with the wider SAP Industry Sales teams and your extended Virtual Account Team.
Based in the Copenhagen office you will take the full ownership of your territory, driving the sales opportunities from early discovery phase to closing. You will furthermore drive and support demand generation activities, enablement and thought leadership to drive SAP CX solutions in our region.
• You will be the CX lighthouse in the industries you work for – responsible for shaping next generation customer experiences in close collaboration with your customers and SAP partners in this space.
• You are curious and a continuous learner with passion for what AI as a technology can deliver to improve customer experience.
• You are passionate about CX as a domain, and are mainly focused on customer stakeholders in the CX domains (such as CDO's, Chief Sales Officers, Heads of Service etc.)
• You actively understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy and competitive landscape.
• You will drive pipeline and work in Virtual Account Teams on CX Sales Campaigns.
• You have +5 years sales and CX experience, with a proven track record, working with sales in the Customer Experience Space (CRM/Sales, eCommerce, Marketing, Service, Customer Data Management) and/or other relevant Enterprise Cloud software.
• You have demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and a competitive market.
• You are fluent in Danish and English, and able to make our customers feel listened to and help them improve their business.
• You embrace a continuous learning attitude. To be successful in this position it is crucial that you possess strong organizational skills to drive complex technology go-to-market within a highly agile and changing business environment. You are an excellent internal & external communicator, and you hold great presentation skills to clearly articulate the business value and differentiation of the CX solution portfolio. You can anticipate change, possess innovative business acumen and are an "out of the box" thinking person to guide execution in a fast-paced environment.
