Your Tasks

We are looking for a communicative service consultant who enjoys working in a team and has a passion for solving complex technical problems. In this role, you will experience a variety of tasks and achieve a broad range of expertise. As a service consultant in our team, you can combine different activities:

• You will advise customers on their complex technical challenges with detailed data and fact analysis.
• You will have expertise in SAP so that you can support colleagues in the regions with answering questions about our services, tools, and data analytics.
• You will design and develop intelligent tools and methods for our customer service with the latest technologies for automation.

Every day you will work with our top experts in the team and be part of a globally leading network of SAP technologists, automation experts, and data analysts who closely cooperate with SAP product development.

What You Should Bring

• A very good completed bachelor's or master's degree in natural, economic, or engineering sciences, preferably in the fields of industrial engineering, business informatics, or computer science.
• Knowledge of software development with a corresponding programming language such as Python, SQL, JavaScript/Node.JS, Java, or ABAP.
• Understanding of development methods, security concepts, or machine learning/AI.
• Customer orientation is a top priority for you. You can listen well, put yourself in our customers' shoes, and present complex information succinctly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to our customers' locations.
• Fluent German and English in speech and writing.
• Desirable expertise in SAP solutions such as S/4 HANA, SAP Business AI, or SAP Business Data Cloud.
